About This Competition
CrossFit Narellan Classic - same-sex pairs competition.
Jun 10. Athlete rego at 9:00-10:00am, first workout at 10:00, competition finished by 6:00pm.
RX divisions will include 4 wods and the top teams will compete in a winner take all final.
Scaled divisions will include 4 wods and the winners will be top of the leaderboard.
There will be no movement substitutions in either division however you should do RX if you can do 100/70kg deadlifts for reps, T2B, 9/6kg wall balls, 24/20 box jumps, and double unders.
Refund Policy - no refund after purchase
Substitution Policy - On a case-by-case basis. No substitutions after May 27th, 2023
Workouts will be released from April 24 - May 08
Shirts included for all competitors that register by May 11
Heat will be finalised on May 27

50 C2B pull ups
40 Thrusters 50/35kg
30 Bar muscle ups
20 Snatches 70/47.5kg
PLUS for the first 10 mins E2MOM (Minutes 0,2,4,6,8)
25/18 cals ski erg
For the last 10 mins E2MOM (Minutes 10,12,14,16,18)
25/18 cal Echo bike
Athletes can share reps however they like
The calories must be completed on the ski or bike before the workout reps can be completed
WOD 1
AMRAP 8
5 deadlifts RX 100/70kg Scaled 70/45kg
5 synchro bar facing burpees
10 deadlifts
10 synchro bar facing burpees
Reps increase by 5 each round
The score is total reps at the 8 min mark
Pairs can break up the deadlifts however they like
Workout 2 will be from 8:00-12:00 immediately upon the completion of workout 1
8:00 - 9:00 rest
9:00 - 10:00 athlete 1 has 1 minute to lift
10:00 - 11:00 rest
11:00 - 12:00 athlete 2 has 1 minute to lift
1 clean
1 hang clean
1 shoulder to overhead
The Score is the heaviest lift of each athlete combined
Barbell may not touch the ground between movements
If the athlete has started the complex they may complete the lift as long as the barbell doesn't touch the ground
Workout 3
5 rounds for time (15:00 time cap)
20 toes to bar (RX)/sit-ups (scaled)
30 box jump overs 24/20 (RX) 20/16 (scaled)
40 alternating hang dumbbell snatches 22.5/15kg (RX) 15/10kg (scaled)
Athletes can break up the reps however they like
Dumbbell must remain off the floor and in a supported position the entire workout
If the dumbbell touches the floor or is deemed unsupported any reps completed during that time will not count and both athletes will complete 5 synchro burpees
Supported position means the athlete is standing and either holding the DB in their hands or on the shoulder.
Workout 4
10min AMRAP

RX division - 200 wall balls 9/6kg 10/9 ft
Scaled division - 150 wall balls 6/4kg 10/9 ft
Both athletes can work at the same time until the wall balls are complete and can swap whenever they like
Rower must count down from 10:00
