Workouts
Establish a heavy complex of:
2 Cleans (squat or power)
1 STOH
Each team will have 1 barbell.
The barbell can only go up in weight. For example, if Athlete A lifts 100kg, Athlete B needs to either lift 100kg or more, they cannot make the barbell lighter.
Each team will choose between a 15kg or a 20kg barbell.
Score = Max combined weight lifted.
Athlete One - 21 Cal Row + 9 Burpee jump over Rower
Athlete Two - 15 Cal Row + 12 Burpee jump over Rower
Athlete Three - 12 Cal Row + 15 Burpee jump over Rower
Athlete Four - 9 Cal Row + 21 Burpee jump over Rower
Two rounds FOR TIME!

Pair one synchro in the first 3 minute window:
14 Dual KB/ DB Deadlifts (16kg/15kg)
12 TTB
10 Dual DB/KB Box Step overs (16kg/15kg)
8 HSPU
AMRAP Burpee Shuttles.
Pair two: Repeat in the next 3 minute window.
3 Rounds per pair (18 minutes)
Score = Reps of Burpee Shuttles

P2 Ski whilst P1 completes 10 BMU + 2 Lengths
Etc
Score A = Distance Ski'd
Score B = Lengths of lunges completed
