Join us for the second BODYM Games Day - a thrilling event designed exclusively for members of our gym community. Step into the world of friendly competition where you will compete in 4 exciting events.

Workout's will be released the last week of October.

*Assault Bike Must Be Going At All Times

Score = Max Calories + Reps Combines

11min Time Cap
Block Run 
Max Calorie Row 

All Members Must Complete 1 Run, Team Decides When Each Member Runs. You Can Have 2 People Running At Once. 

Score = Max Calories Completed In 11min
Penalty = If A Runner Gets Back After The 11min Time Cap.
This Will Result In Seconds Over The Time Cap Will Be A Loss In Calories eg. 20sec Over Will Be Minus 20 Calories.

11min Time Cap, 15 Rounds (5 Rounds Each)
10 Cal Ski 
8 BB Bench Press 30/60kg
6 Deadball Slam

Once Team Completes 15 Rounds You Will Then Move Into Syncro Air Squats Where You Will Be Scored. 

For The Rounds You Can Work AT The Same Time Once The First Person Moves On From The Ski. You Must Keep Indian File.

Score = Air Squat Reps

5min Time Cap
2RM Deadlift 

Deadlift Can Be Touch And Go 
Deadlift Cant Be Dropped From The Top Of Pull
If You Arent Doing Touch And Go Deadlift Must Be Controlled Back Down And Must Be Pulled Again Within 2 Seconds

Score = Weight Pulled By Team Combined

6min Time Cap

Indian File Ascending Ladder 1,2,3,4,5 etc Incrase Reps As You Increse Rounds

Barbell Dedlift 50/80kg
Single Arm Devil Press 12.5/20kg 
Box Jump/Step Up

Score = Reps Complete
