Time Cap: 18:00

Scoring: 1 Male Score + 1 Female Score

Teams will elect one athlete to complete version 1 and another to complete version 2. Team score will be the combined time to complete the test. 

Event 3 is split into two parts (A and B)

Athletes must complete part A and part B within a 60 minute window. If you plan to retest 1 part, you MUST retest both parts for the score to count.

A. Load lifted from each partner
B. Combined times between two workouts

Workout 4 must be done together as a team. Athletes have until the final deadline on Monday, Dec. 20th at 8:00pm to submit a score. This workout will NOT be programmed for class, so you must find time on your own to complete it.
