2025 wird es erstmalig unseren Move Cup für die Kids und Teens geben :)

- Team: Eltern-Kind 6-9 J. (15 Spots available)
- Individuell Teens mixed 10-13 J. (15 Spots available)
- Individuell Teens Boys 14-17 J. (10 Spots available)
- Individuell Teens Girls 14-17 J. (10 Spots available)
Die Registrierung ist ab dem 03.03.25 möglich! Schnell sein lohnt sich - wir haben nur begrenzte Anzahl an Spots je Kategorie verfügbar. Für jeden Teilnehmer wird es ein kleines Goodie-Bag mit Schild und Shirt geben.
Anforderungen:
Kids 6-9 J.:
- 2,5 kg DB (keine Über-Kopf-Bewegungen)
- 4 kg KB Deadlift
- 1 kg Medball
- Ring Rows
- Bear Crawl
- Superman hold
- Row
- Lunges
- Toes to Rig (Kerze)
- Push Ups (auf Knien)
- Plank Plate Taps
Eltern:
- Deadlift 53/35kg
- Ring Rows
- Push Ups (m:Füße/ f:Knie)
- Knee Raises
- Shoulder Taps in Plank
Teens 10-13 J.:
- Deadlift 35/25 kg
- DB Movements 7,5 und 5 kg
- Farmers Carry 2x12 und 2x8 kg
- Ground to Overhead 10/5 kg Plates
- Push ups (m:Füße/ f:Knie)
- Ring Rows
- Single under
Teens 14-17 J.:
- Deadlift 53/35 kg
