Workouts

In A 10 Minute Window (5 Minutes Each)

Find A 3 Rep Max Bench Press. 

 

Score Is Combined Weight Lifted. 

 

Movement Standards:

Each attempt starts with full extension of the arms

Both feet must remain on the floor (or bumper plates) throughout the entire rep.

The shoulders and buttocks must remain in contact with the bench throughout the rep

120m Arm Over Arm Sled Pull For Time.

Male - 40kg Of Plates

Female - 20kg Of Plates

 

Workout Flow: 

Athlete 1 Pulls The Sled 30m, Pushes It Back To The Start, Then Pulls Another 30m. Athlete 1 Will Then Push It Back To The Start For Partner 2 To Repeat.

 

Movement Standards.

Feet Must Remain Together, No Stepping Back OR Using The Legs.  

 

Scale:

Male - 20kg Of Plates.  

Female - Empty Sled 

 

Clean Ladder.

1 Clean (Each) Every Minute With Progressivly Heavier Barbells. 

 

Male - 75kg - 80kg - 85kg - 90kg - 95kg - 100kg - 105kg - 110kg - 115kg - 120kg - 125kg - 130kg - 135kg - 140kg - 145kg - 150kg 

Female - 45kg - 48kg - 50kg - 53kg - 55kg - 58kg - 60kg - 65kg - 70kg - 75kg - 80kg - 85kg - 90kg - 95kg - 100kg
