Warrior Affiliate League is proud to present 

THREE AMIGOS 3-person (MMM or FFF) Team Functional Fitness/ CF Team Competition

When: Saturday, September 26,  8 AM - 3 PM

Where: Chino CrossFit 13781 Roswell Ave Chino CA 91710

SignsRx, in association with RockTape, presents the "Three Amigos", 3-person teams of same gender (3 Men or 3 Women), functional fitness team competition across 5 divisions, for athletes of all skill levels.  

Whether your are new to CF, or a veteran competitor, this event is for YOU!  Don't miss your chance to compete in this outdoor 3-person team event!  Grab 2 friends and build your power team. Register early, this event sells out every year!!

PRICING FEE SCHEDULE*

AUG 8-12: $225 per Team ($75pp +processing fee*)  

AUG 13-31: $240/Team ($80pp +processing fee*)

SEPT 1 - Until SOLD OUT $90/person ($270/team of 3*)

5 DIVISIONS:  Men's Advance/Rx, Mens' Intermediate, Women's Advance/Rx, Women's Intermediate, FUN

NOTE:  Teams who register prior to SEPT 1st, will be guaranteed (3) exclusive event tank tops and (1) team name plate. Event tanks and team name plates will be subject to availability with team registrations confirmed after 9/1/2020 deadline.

 

TO REGISTER:

One person registers and pays for the team (team captain). Have team members' names, emails, shirt sizes, birthdates, etc. available when registering.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS TO FUTURE EVENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS.  Trading Places: Athlete substitutions until day of event with athlete substitute to sign team waiver online or onsite prior to start of event. Workout 1 - "THE GREAT CORNJULIO"

Perform as many repetitions as possible in 8 minutes:
E1. Part A. Max CALORIE Row 


E2. Part B. Buy-in: 3 wreck bag thrusters, then perform cornhole to target
*Penalty - 3 wreck thruster for every bean bag miss of target
Wreck Bag: M ADV 75#, M INT/ W ADV 50#, W INT/ FUN 35#

**E1 & E2 will be performed simultaneously. A1 performing E1, while A2 & A3 performing E2. Athletes may switch at anytime, except during cornhole bean bag throw.

E3 - MONTEZUMA'S REVENGE

BARBELL UP LADDER - 1 SQUAT CLEAN

MEN: 95, 115, 135, 155, 185, 205, 235, 255, 275 lbs.

Women: 65, 75, 85, 95, 105, 115, 125, 145, 165, 185 lbs.

 

Score is sum of heaviest successful lift of each athlete of the team (A1+A2+A3). TIE BREAKER: Deadlift of barbell unsuccessful lift

Each member of team will perform 1 Squat Clean at station with preset barbell. Each successful lift is the buy-in to proceed to next station.  Team will have 1 minute for all members to complete specific lift. Barbells: M 45#/ F 35#. 1 Clean + 1 Front Squat will also be acceptable. Men will have 9 separate pre-loaded barbells, while women will have 10 separate pre-loaded barbells.
