Step into the arena at Kansas Athletic Club for the 2025 Summer Gainz, a partner CrossFit competition where classic Hero WODs get a Summer Gainz twist. This intense, one-day event will challenge your physical and mental limits while paying tribute to the workouts that define CrossFit’s roots.
