About This Competition

Each same sex team will compete in 3 WODs plus a floater WOD. There will be a fourth and final WOD for the top 5 teams in each division. These workouts will be designed to test a wide variety of strengths & skills ensuring for a fun, yet challenging day. Intermediate/ average RX athletes only, no regional athletes! If you finished below the top 500 in the 2015 opens this comp is not for you. Tanks for women and t-shirts for men included in the price.

Time cap 15 minutes. Rx (Scaled) 120 Double Unders (200 Singles), 100 K-Bell Swings 53/35 (35/25), 80 Wall Balls 20/14 (14/10), 60 Toes To Bar (Hanging knee tucks), 40 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20 (Burpee Box Step overs), 20 Chest to Bar (Jumping Chest To Bar).

8 minutes. Minute 0-2 Partner A rows max calories while Partner B holds the barbell overhead using a snatch grip. After 2 minutes partners switch. Minute 2-4 Partner B rows max calories and Partner A holds the weight OH using a snatch grip. -the rower cannot start until the barbell is fully locked out OH. -if the partner has to put the barbell down from the OH position, the person on the rower must stop rowing. Minute 4-6 partner A and B accumulate max power snatches. Minute 6-8 partner A and B accumulate max SDHP. Rx: 75/55 Scaled: 65/45. (Women scaled will be using a 15lb Get RXd barbell). 1 rower and 1 barbell per team.

10 min AMRAP. 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18... RX Dead Lift 225/155, Hand Stand Push Ups. Scaled Dead Lift 155/105, Push Press 95/65. Partner A completes 3 DL and 3 HSPU (Push Press) then tags their partner. Partner B then completes 3 DL and 3 HSPU (Push Press). The sequence continues increasing reps by 3 until the 10 minute time cap. You must tag your partner before the next partner can begin the DL.

2 min AMFAP. Partner A flips the tire then jumps up onto the tire with two foot touch, two foot jump over the center of the tire, then a two foot jump down. Partner A must then tag Partner B before Partner B can start. Scaled division may step up.
