Join CrossFit Synergistics for our 2nd annual WINTER MELTDOWN, a partner competition, on January 25, 2025.
Rx, Scaled, Rx Masters, and Scaled Masters divisions available. (M/M & F/F)
All masters athletes must be 40+ before competition day.
Register by Sunday, 01/05/25 to receive a competition shirt.
