About This Competition

Calling all Affiliate Warriors!


Relentless Strength and Conditioning is proud to present the Relentless Fall Brawl, a throwdown designed to test your team's strength, strategy, and spirit!

Here's the rundown:

  • Date: Saturday, October 19th, 2024
  • Who: Four-person teams (MMFF) ready to battle
  • What: Three scheduled workouts with one floater thrown in the mix. Top five teams will clash in a final showdown.
  • Why: Because a sweet welcome bag including shirts, name board, other goodies, cash prize** and podium glory are on the line!

Workouts

​Workout 1 (Three scores)

​AMRAP 10

​-150 Synchro Wallballs working in MM/FF Pairs

​*Prior to any wallball set, other pair must complete 3 partner deadlifts and hold the top of a deadlift during wall balls.

Then

In the remaining time, working in MM/FF pairs, complete as many calories on a rower as possible. Each team will have two rowers.

20/14 pound med balls thrown to 10/9 foot targets

Deadlifts @ 315/225


Scoring:

Workout 1a) Time to complete 150 wallballs

Workout 1b) Total Calories from Female Rower

Workout 1c) Total Calories from Male Rower


Example:

At the sound of 3, 2, 1, go, team has female pair start with wallballs. Male pair will perform 3 deadlifts and hold the top of the third rep. Female pair then completes 25 synchronized wallballs. After the 25th rep, the pairs swap positions. Prior to the male pair starting wallballs, female pair will complete the 3 deadlifts and hold. Male pair then does 25 reps of synchronized wallballs. The team repeats through this cycle one more time until the 150th wallball is complete at 5:17 (Score for 1a) is on the clock. In the remaining 4:43, the men alternate rowing on their rower while the women do the same on theirs. Once the 10:00 is up, the score from each rower is taken. Female Rower scores 60 calories (Score for 1b) and Male Rower Completes 83 calories (Score for 1c)

For Time (Cap 8 Minutes)

Done in a conga line style

5 Wall Walks

20 Alternating DB Snatch @ 50/35

20 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull @ 53/35

20 Box Jump Overs @ 24/20"

50 Double Unders


Scoring:

Time last team member completes their 50th Double Under

If Time Cap is hit, the total remaining reps will be added to the time cap.


Example:

Partner A begins and finishes 5 Wall Walks. Partner A moves onto the 20 DB Snatches and Partner B begins Wall Walks. Once Partner A completes the DB Snatches they begin KB SDHP. If Partner B finishes the Wall Walks before Partner A finishes the DB Snatches, Partner B must wait. Once Partner A completes the snatches and can move onto the SDHP, then Partner B can begin their set of DB Snatches.


Workout 3a (MF Pair)

Within a 6 minute Clock

Female member completes a one rep "max" back squat

Male member then completes as many reps as possible of back squat at the female's weight

Note: Male member does not have to perform reps after each lift by the female partner. Partners can make as many or as few attempts as they want during the 6 minutes. Male member must complete at least one rep for score to count.


Scoring: Weight of the bar times the total reps completed by the male member


**This workout will happen at the same time as the other MF Pair completes workout 3b


Example:

Female partner completes a back squat at 155 pounds. Male member then completes 12 reps at 155. Score = 1860

With time still remaining, female completes a back squat at 175 pounds and Male member completes 11 reps at 175. Score = 1925

Finale Score = 1925

Workout 3a (MF Pair)

Within a 6 minute Clock

Female member completes a one rep "max" Clean (Rep must start from the ground and can be power or squat)

Male member then completes as many reps as possible of Hang Power Clean at the female's weight

Note: Male member does not have to perform reps after each lift by the female partner. Partners can make as many or as few attempts as they want during the 6 minutes. Male member must complete at least one rep for score to count.


Scoring: Weight of the bar times the total reps completed by the male member


**This workout will happen at the same time as the other MF Pair completes workout 3a


Example:

Female partner completes a clean at 105 pounds. Male member then completes 20 reps at 105. Score = 2100

With time still remaining, female completes a back squat at 125 pounds and Male member completes 15 reps at 125. Score = 1875

Final Score = 2100


AMRAP 3

Max effort Worm Shoulder to Overhead

Scoring: Total Reps completed in 3 minutes
