Get ready to SEND IT at The Hub Games 2025 - Our annual elite functional fitness competition, back at Lytchett Minster Rugby Club for the second year running! Designed for CrossFit and Hybrid athletes, this event will test your strength, endurance, and teamwork across four high-intensity outdoor workouts.

The Hub Games is the ultimate test whether you're a seasoned CrossFit competitor or a Hybrid athlete looking for your next challenge, this event will push you to your limits while bringing the community together for an unforgettable day.
TEAM CATEGORIES
RX Division – Mixed teams (2 Men + 2 Women)
Designed for seasoned competitors, this division will test your strength, skill, and endurance to the max. Expect high-level gymnastics (such as muscle-ups and handstand walks), heavy barbell work, and workouts that demand strategy, teamwork, and elite fitness. If you’re comfortable with advanced movements and heavy loads, this is your division!
Intermediate Division – Mixed teams (2 Men + 2 Women)
Perfect for athletes who are confident in their abilities but not quite RX-ready. Expect a mix of barbell work, bodyweight movements, and engine-testing workouts. You’ll face moderate loads and technical movements (such as toes-to-bar, double-unders, and barbell cycling), requiring solid technique and teamwork to excel.
Scaled Division – Mixed teams (2 Men + 2 Women)
This category is for those newer to competitions or looking for an accessible but challenging event. Workouts will feature scaled weights and movement progressions (such as jumping pull-ups, single-unders, and manageable barbell loads) while still delivering an intense and rewarding competition experience. If you want to challenge yourself while keeping movements achievable, this is the division for you!
