About This Competition
Welcome to the Patriot Games 2022!
Registration is officially LIVE as of May 5th.
The Patriot Games 2022 will be an indoor/outdoor functional fitness competition held in Newton, Illinois.
This will be a 2 person per team COED only competition (male/female).
There will be 2 divisions, RX and Scaled. This will be a one day event with each team in each division completing 3 workouts, a floater and a chance to compete in the final.
The standard movments for each division are listed below.....HOWEVER, keep in mind. When it comes to the FINALS, anything goes. ;)
All podium finishers will be showered with gifts & swag!
Registration opens at $130/team. We seed heats in the order of which you sign up. The earlier you sign up the later the heat you will be seeded in. Last minute sign ups will be in the first heats. It pays to sign up early.
Sign up once per team and create a team name. Select shirt sizes for both athletes.
Vendors are welcome at no charge. We have a large area for ample vendors. Please email newtonelitefitness@gmail.com if you would like to attend. Thank you in advance for your participation.
Don't forget your team tent, chairs etc. to set up in our Athlete's Village. There is no room in the gym except for athletes and spectators.
The registration table for the athletes will be open from 7am-8am. Be sure to stop by to check in, sign your waiver if needed, and pick up your athlete shirts.
Find a teammate, get your training partner ready for battle. It all goes down June 25th!!
Releasing of Standard Movements, WOD 1-4 and other information such as parking, tent area, etc. will be updated on our Facebook and Event Pages.

Max Cal on Bike in 1minute, while other athlete is getting reps on the sled.
Then switch on bike for 1 minute, while other athlete is getting reps on the sled
Up to athletes, who goes first.
1 judge counting reps, 1 judge watching calories.
Then partners switch and must correct the weights.

Each team will have the option to decide in which order the chipper is completed.
The muscle ups and the wall walks can be performed whereever throughout the chipper in whatever # of reps decided.
The other movements must be completed in their entirety before moving onto the next movement.
