The Hyrox Physical Fitness Test has been specifically designed to give you the perfect introduction into Hyrox and measure where your HYROX fitness level is at.
The March 22nd PFT will have 2 Divisions!

100 Wallballs (10 FT Target 14/10#)

30 Knee Push Ups [Hand Release]
100 Wallballs (8 FT TARGET 14/10)
The Hyrox PTF gives you a good indication of which division you should sign up for at a major Hyrox Event.
15-25 Minutes - HYROX Pro
25-35 Minutes - HYROX Single
30-45 Minutes - HYROX Doubles
