2023 Curaçao Open
About This Competition
The Open is a worldwide online competition that is held every year. This competition lasts three years and you get a workout each week you have 4 to 5 days to complete this workout and put your score online.
While for some the Open is their way to qualifying for the games it is also an opportunity for athletes at all different fitness levels to participate in a competition. By participating in the Open you as an athlete can add meaning to your training and it's also a way to get the community closer together. During the Open it's the time of the year when athletes achieve fitness goals but also push themselves beyond their own expectations.
This year all the boxes on Curaçao decided to join forces and create a leaderboard that can showcase all the fit people on the island and show off all your hard work. Just like the regular Open, you will need to upload your score on the competition corner in time to make sure your score is valid. All scores will be double-checked by coaches to make sure there are no errors.
We are excited to get the Curaçao Fitness Community closer together this way and are counting down the days!

10 shuttle runs (1 rep = 25 ft out/25 ft back)

23.2B:
Immediately following 23.2A, athletes will have 5 minutes to establish:
1-rep-max thruster (from the floor)
Starting with a 6-minute time cap, complete as many reps as possible of:

50 double-unders
15 snatches (weight 1)
