Midnight Comp For Charity
About This Competition
Grab your partner and get ready for Long Jetty's newest Fitness Competition, Midnight Comp For Charity. This year we will be supporting and donating all proceeds to PANCAN (Pancreatic Cancer Action Network)
Our charity comp will also be doubling as the NSW Last Chance Qualifer event for the Down Under CrossFit Championship for elite individuals. We will be taking 20 men and 20 women, first place will advance to the DUCC 2022.
This comp is inclusive for all, everyone enters one division, there is no RX or scaled. Much like the CrossFit Open, you get to decide whether you RX or scale a workout as they pop up on the day. If you choose to scale you will just score below everyone that completes that workout RX.

Workouts will be released closer to the date but remember there's only one division so no need to stress about whether to register RX or Scaled.
No refunds will be provided on ticket purchases however you may transfer your registration to someone else if you are unable to make it on the day.

Workouts
Individual
1 mile run
time is recorded when athlete returns from the run and touches their bike.
Indi- 1 mile
Immediately following workout 1, athletes will accumulate as many calories on the echo bike as possible in remaining time of 11 minutes. 8 minutes for individual elite athletes.

All men will flow through in single file followed by all women. 45 seconds to lift, 15 seconds to transition to the next barbell.

*in the event of an unsuccessful or missed lift in that time frame the athlete will received a score of 4 for that bar.
