About This Competition
This is a team of 2 (MM or FF) friendly functional fitness competition.
This will be a great opportunity to give you something to train for post-Thanksgiving. Grab a partner and let's have some fun!!
Divisions:
RX- MM or FF
Scaled- MM or FF
Be ready... there will be a possibility of 1 online event that will be part of your official score. If/when this should happen, you will have more than enough time to complete the event. If the online event does come to fruition and the score is not submitted you will not receive any points for that particular event. Also, you will be required to record your workout and we recommend using the WeTime app. More details to come soon.
There will be no refunds, however, if you need to substitute partners please email robortiz.w35@gmail.com asap. No substitutions will be allowed within 7 days prior to the event.

RX 10 minute AMRAP

Max Points in 4 Minutes per athlete
Each athlete will complete this workout individually. Athlete 1 will complete it first, then Athlete 2 will complete it.
TIME
There will be a running clock and from 0-4 minutes Athlete 1 will go and from 4-8 minutes athlete 2 will complete their portion of the workout.
SCORING
Each team will receive 1 score for this event, with each athlete receiving one score and both scores added together. This workout will be based on points. The higher the points, the better.
OFFICIAL WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
The athletes will try to accumulate as many points in the 4 minutes as possible.
Snatches = 10 points
Shoulder to Overhead = 6 points
Cleans = 3 points
Deadlifts = 1 point

2k row For Time
Each athlete will perform a 2k row and their total time will be the teams overall score for this particular event.
For example if partner 1 has a time of 6:58 and partner 2 has a time of 7:03 then their total time would be 14:01.
The faster the time the better the score.
