About This Competition
The Fortify Throwdown is a team competition for fitness enthusiasts to test their abilities and have fun as a community. Workouts will test a mix of strength, conditioning and skill.
- Team of 4 (M/M/F/F)
- Divisions: Everyday and Elite
- 3 workouts
- Top 5 in each division will qualify to the final after the 2nd workout
- Top 3 in each division will win prizes from our sponsors
