Workouts
Each athlete will have 5 minutes to perform their maximum lift. Athlete 1 will perform a hang snatch from 00:00 to 5:00, and Athlete 2 will perform a hang clean from 5:00 to 10:00.
The final score will be the combined weight of each athlete’s maximum lift.

At the start of each round, on the countdown of “3, 2, 1, go,” both athletes will begin by completing 200 meters for male teams and 160 meters for male teams on their respective ergs, with one athlete rowing and the other using the ski erg. Once both athletes finish their 200 meters, they will move on to 8 synchronized burpees over the rower, ensuring that their chests touch the ground simultaneously to maintain synchronicity. Jumping over the rower after each burpee is mandatory.
After completing the burpees, the athletes proceed to perform as many box jumps as possible in a “you go, I go” (YGIG) format, alternating turns. At the two-minute mark, both athletes must stop and take a one-minute rest before beginning the next round. This cycle—two minutes of work followed by one minute of rest—repeats for a total of five rounds.
The final score for the workout is the total number of box jumps accumulated across all five rounds.
For scaled teams, athletes may choose to step up and over the box rather than jump.

At 3,2,1 go both athletes will run 800m. Athletes must run together. Once both athletes arrive back the score will be taken.
The score will be the time the last athlete finishes the 800m

This workout will continue directly from where Part A finishes. For the remainder of the AMRAP, each athlete will select one movement and aim to complete as many reps as possible. Once an athlete performs a single rep of a chosen movement, they must continue with that same movement for the rest of the AMRAP. Both athletes will be working at the same time and cannot choose the same movement.
The score for the workout is based on the total number of reps completed, with each movement assigned a different rep count based on its difficulty level. Athletes cannot do the same movement.
At the call of “3, 2, 1, go,” 1 of the two athletes will begin on the Echo Bike, working to reach a target of 60 calories, with athletes switching as needed. Once they reach 60 calories, they will proceed through a series of exercises, completing 45 front squats, 30 toes-to-ring, and 15 wall walks. Athletes can swap in and out at any point throughout the exercises to manage fatigue and maintain a steady pace.
The score for this workout will be either the total time taken to complete all movements or the total number of reps completed by the time cap.
For tie-breaking purposes, the time will be recorded at the end of each fully completed movement.
There will be a scaled option. Front Squats: 35/25kg. Knees to chest. Reduced distance wall walks.
