About This Competition

Jack-O-Lantern Jubilee is a fun, local competition geared towards the everyday fitness fanatic. There are divisions for everyone from new to working out to the more experienced athlete. We look forward to hosting our competitions each year and look forward to seeing everyone on October 7th!  ​

These are not an exhaustive list of all movements you will see nor is there any guarantee all movements will appear in competition. These serve as a guide to help you decide the division you would best be suited for.

Mix Grip : One DB in Front Rack, opposite DB in OH position.

Scaled and Novice will complete DB S2O in place of HSPU.
