About This Competition

We've made it a DECADE!

Middle Tennessee's best "local-classic-CrossFit-competition."

This will be our 10th year of running the Christmas throwdown and we're pumped!! We plan to have our biggest prize purse ever this year.

Sign up to Throw down. You'll experience a perfectly ran competition, on time, exciting workouts, and an overall super fun Saturday!


EARLY BIRD PRICING UNTIL OCTOBER 16TH.


We're brining back the Online Seeding WOD concept that we introduced in 2019. An online-workout before the main event that will determine which heat you're placed in as well as break any ties on the actual day-of the event.
