*P1: 30 CJ *P2: 30 BMU then *P1: 30 MU *P2: CJ. Partners work at the same time to complete CJ and MU.  Once both partners have each completed their CJ and MU, they move to the wall balls.

Workout 2A

2000m Row (Beginner 1500m Row)

75 Shuttle Run, (1 = up & back)

Partners work at the same time to complete the row and run.  Partners may swap between movements at any time.  Time will be recorded once both the row and runs are complete.

50 Cals Echo Bike (split)

For time: (MM 11min cap/FF 13min cap)
