About This Competition
PAIRS COMPETITION
Friday 26th February - Monday 15th March
5 Workouts
2 workouts released per week (Fridays and Tuesdays)
7 days to complete each workout (except "Re-run" is live for the competition duration)
Each workout will last between 8-15min
Various workout formats requiring remote teamwork
All workouts can be repeated as many times as you like and scores resubmitted.
Workout timers, movement demonstrations and standards released with each workout.

Competition Structure:
Pair leaderboards (mixed/female/male/overall)
Pairs will be assigned to larger teams along with other pairs (headed by team captains) to contribute their points to a greater overall team leaderboard. Every workout submission will earn your team points regardless of position.
***There are BIG bonus points awarded for teams where every pair submits a workout score***
(You will be allocated to a team and captains will be announced when the competition commences)
Workouts:
Workout 1- will go live on Friday 26th February at 9am, score entered in by 11pm Friday 5th March.
Re-run- will go live on Saturday 27th February at 9am, score entered in by 11pm Monday 15th March.
Workout 2- will go live on Tuesday 2nd March at 9am, score entered in by 11pm Tuesday 9th March.
Workout 3- will go live on Friday 5th March at 9am, score entered in by 11pm Friday 12th March.
Workout 4- will go live on Tuesday 9th March at 9am, score entered in by 11pm Monday 15th March.
Prizes:
Overall Pair Winners- F45 Hoody each and a Function Fit Food Treat Box each.
Overall Pair Runners Up- F45 T-Shirt or Vest each.
Overall Team Winners- Free F45 2 Week Trial each to give to friends and family (T&Cs apply).
Substitutions:
Permitted in certain circumstances at judge's discretion.

This is an at home adaptation of our infamous in studio Playoffs. 10 minutes, 10 exercises, every rep counts!

MAX OUT - WORKOUT #2
(Score submission deadline: Tuesday 9th February 23:00)
3x3min AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) blocks with a "buy-in" of repetitions to complete before you move onto scoring reps in an exercise until the time runs out.
Buy-in for all 3min blocks= 40x Reverse Lunges + 20x Alt. Toe Touches (you must complete all reps on a specific exercise before you can move on).

ON THE AMRAP LADDER - WORKOUT #1
(Score submission deadline: Friday 5th March 23:00)
AMRAP LADDER of 2x5min blocks with 3min rest between. 2 exercises in each, climbing up the reps.
When the timer begins start by completing 1 rep of the first exercise and then 1 rep of the second exercise. Then proceed to complete 2 of the first, 2 of the second and so on, adding 1 rep to each movement every set (1/1 2/2 3/3 etc.) until the time runs out. Rest for 3 minutes and then complete the second 5min block in the same manner.

RE-RUN
(Score submission deadline: Monday 15th March 23:00)
This workout is designed to be of a shorter duration than the others and will run until the end of the competition, providing plenty of opportunity to re-run it and try to better your time.

***Every time you pause/stop moving you have to complete 2 Burpees before you can resume your tally of Butterfly Sit Up repetitions.***

TAG IN - WORKOUT #4
(Score submission deadline: Monday 15th March 23:00)
This is a YGIG (You Go I Go) workout so you must be completing this at the same time as your partner as you will be working together to complete it in the quickest time possible.

Through teamwork you must complete the following number of repetitions in order. You are not allowed to move on to the next exercise until you have finished all the reps. It is up to you how you choose to split the reps as a pair.
***The teammate who is "resting" holds a plank until they are tagged in. If they drop the reps must stop until they return to a plank***
