La seconde édition des Rapace Contest arrive, et cette année, des nouveautés s’opèrent !

 

Tout d’abord, nouveauté pour les catégories avec l’arrivée des individuels !

STANDARDS MINIMA

> Indiv. & Team, Rx :

- Clean and jerk : 80/55 kg
- Snatch : 60/40 kg
- Overhead squat : 70/45 kg
- Utilisation divers Dumbbell : 22,5/15 kg
- Double under
- Maîtrise de l'ensemble des mouvements de gymnastique
- Legless rope climb
- Savoir nager en piscine


> Indiv. & Team, Scaled :

- Clean and jerk : 50/30 kg
- Snatch : 35/25 kg
