About This Competition
OUTTRAIN is back UNDERGROUND in the underground car park with all the Outtrain vibes.
Mixed teams of 4 (2 F and 2 M)
Arrival 11.15am. Briefing 11.30am
Start time 12 Midday and end by 5pm
DJ,s , Food, Drink and Prizes.
A series of functional fitness workouts followed by a head to head final for the top 2 teams.
3 x 20 minute workouts
Workout details will be shared 3 weeks before the event.
All functional fitness with a focus on endurance, No gymnastics or technical movements.
Team work and great vibes.
