*Movements are a minimum standard, and not limited to only these movements. All movements within each category you would see within a crossfit/Functional facility(advanced) or a functional/fitness facility(fitness).
No REFUND after entry has been made, however we do allow Team Swaps or Team Mate Swaps.
Workouts will be released on the Monday of Comp Week!
