About This Competition

The Aussie Throwdown is all about the community.
 

It's for absolutely everyone!!

 

It's all about YOU, we create the big stage for you

& make you feel like a superstar.

Categories include:

Intermediate - Male
Masters - Male
RX - Male
Scaled - Male
Intermediate - Female
Masters - Female
Rx - Female
Scaled - Female


The Finals will be held in Sydney, Australia on Nov 30th - Dec 1st 2019

 

Once again, It's going to be an amazing event to compete in or just to attend.

 

The Online Qualifier consists of multiple scored workouts, 1 being release each week, testing every aspect of your fitness

The top 10 in each division ( RX, Intermediate, Masters & Scaled ) will be invited to compete at the finals in November/December.

 

CASH in HAND PRIZE MONEY FOR EACH division & AMAZING PRIZES FOR EACH WEEKLY WINNERS.

2019 Series
1 workout every week. Workouts may have 2 parts. Over the 3 weeks there will be up to 6 scoring opportunities total
