Gather your team of 3 and take on our ultimate fitness competition, featuring 4 intense workouts designed to test your endurance, speed, strength, and overall fitness—this is your chance to prove what you're made of!

Prize for top 6 teams across male and female. 

Suitable for Beginner - Intermediate. 

No refunds - must find a new athlete to fill your space if you are no longer able to compete. 

Workouts will be released prior to the event.

Workouts

12 MINUTE EMOM

Every 1 minute, 1 athlete will complete:

9 Deadlifts (50/35kg)

6 Hang Power Cleans 

AMRAP TTB for the remainder of the minute 

 

Score = Total Max Reps

 

Scaling option = Ab-mat sit ups 

3 sit ups = 1 TTB (which will remain in the same category as RX)

12 minutes for all athletes to establish: 

1 RM Power Clean 

3 RM Bench Press 

Once athletes move on to the second barbell lift they cannot go back to the first. 

12 MINUTE AMRAP 

30 SYNCHRO Goblet Squats

20 SYNCHRO Devils Press

15 Pull-ups 

Max calories for the duration of workout 

M = ROW 

F = SKI

 

SYNCHRO = 2 athletes working

M = 1 x 22.5kg + 17.5kg DB's 

F = 1 x 15kg + 12.5kg DB's 

Scaling option = Swap Pull-ups for Jumping Pull-ups (this will be scored lower than RX)

 

PART A = SCORE FOR REPS ONLY

30 SYNCHRO Goblet Squats

20 SYNCHRO Devils Press

15 Pull-ups

PART B = SCORE FOR CALORIES ONLY

 

12 MINUTE TIME CAP

60 SYNCRO Plate OH Lunges 

60 SYNCRO Burpees to Plate 

60 SYNCRO Plate GTOH 

75/60 Cal Assault Bike (intervals only)

 

SYNCRO = 2 athletes working 

M - 2 x 15kg plates 

F - 2 x 10kg plates

Calories MUST be split as follows:

M - 25/25/25

F - 20/20/20
