Battle of Hastings Throwdown - Individual
The first of it's kind an individual BoH event hosted by CrossFit 1066.
It is an individuals event suitable for all levels. With athletes being able to select Rx or Scaled for each workout. Workouts will be challenging as well as being inclusive for everyone to take part.

6 Burpees Over the line
4 Sandbag to 48" Wall @ 60/40kg

Rest 1 Minute
Repeat for 4 rounds. Increasing the sandbags to the wall by 2 reps each round.
Score for this workout is the total number of calories across the 4 rounds.

In a 10 Minute window complete the below for maximum repetitions;
12 Deadlift
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Shoulder to Overhead
Rx - 70/50
Sclaed - 50/35
Score is total repetitions in the 10 minutes.
Any form of shoulder to overhead is permitted as long as full lock out is achieved at the top of the rep
