About This Competition

The CFTSV Lockdown Open is a 4 week competition for CrossFit Townsville members.  There will be a new workout released each Thursday for 4 weeks.

Workouts

On a continuously running clock - 

AMRAP in 2 mins of:

60 Double unders or 40 DB lateral hops
20 DB Reverse lunges
Max Alternating Hang DB Hang squat clean thrusters

rest 1 min

AMRAP in 2 mins of:

60 Double unders or 40 DB lateral hops
20 DB Reverse lunges
Max Alternating DB Hang squat clean thrusters

rest 1 min

AMRAP in 3 mins of:

60 Double unders or 40 DB lateral hops
20 DB Reverse lunges
Max Alternating Hang DB Hang squat clean thrusters

* Score is total number of Alternating DB Hang squat clean thrusters multiplied by weight of the DB.

On a continuously running clock

3 mins to complete: 

2 rounds -

8 HSPU / hand release push ups 

8 pistols / 16 air squats 

8 T2B / 16 single leg v-ups 


At 3min mark 

3 mins to complete: 

2 rounds of - 

10 HSPU / hand release push ups 

10 pistols / 20 air squats 

10 T2B / 20 single leg v-ups 


At 6min mark 

3 mins to complete: 

12 HSPU / hand release push ups 

12 pistols / 24 air squats 

12 T2B / 24 single leg v-ups 


ETC……


-Every 3min for as long as possible continue completing 2 sets of the work. With adding 2 reps onto each movement every 3min also. When the work is not completed inside of the 3min block the workout is over. Score is the total number of reps with air squats and V-ups being scored as 2 for 1.

9 minute cap

4 Alternating dumbbell snatches

10 Burpees over dumbbell

8 Alternating dumbbell snatches

10 Burpess over dumbbell

12 Alternating dumbbell snatches

10 Burpees over dumbell

Continue ladder, adding 4 reps each round to Alt DB Snatches.

 

AMRAP in 13 mins of:

50 DB facing Burpees
40 Single arm DB Thrusters
30 DB facing Burpees
20 Single arm DB Thrusters
Max reps in remainder of DB Hang clean and jerk
