Die SAPT Games 2024 ist ein 2 tägiger functional fitness Wettkampf in Graz/Österreich.

Samstag: Team MIXED
Sonntag: Masters Men 35-40, 40-45, 45+ bez Masters Women 35-40, 40+

Die Anmeldung startet mit 01.11.2023 und läuft bis zum 07.01.2024.

Step 1: ONLINE Qualifikation 07.01.2024 - 31.01.2024.

Step 2:
On Stage Finale für die besten 20 Mixed Teams am 11.05.2024.
On Stage Finale für die besten 8 Masters Männer und Frauen je Kategorie am 12.5.2024.

Voraussetzungen Qualifikation
- Es gibt nur eine Kategorie
- Jede/r Athlet darf an der Qualifikation teilnehmen
- Jedes Team (Master Athlet) muss ein Video gemäß den Voraussetzungen von den Qualifikations-WODs machen und in Competition Corner bereitstellen.

- Es gibt nur eine Kategorie
- Es dürfen nur Athleten/innen am Finale teilnehmen die folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllen.

DL 120+/80+
OHS 60+/40+
C&J 70+/45+
Snatch 50+/35+
DB Movements 22,5/15
T2B, PullUp, C2B,HSPU, DU, Box Jump 75/60.

RMU, BMU, HS Walk muss zumindest 1 Athlet in der Quali und im Finale können.

DL 100+/55+
OHS 40+/25+
C&J 60+/35+
Snatch 50+/25+ (Men 45 40+)
DB Movements 22,5/15 (Men 45 17,5)
Men: T2B, PullUp, C2B,HSPU, DU, Box Jump 60, Rope Climb.
Women: T2B, PullUp,HSPU (Abmat), DU, Box Jump 50, Rope Climb.

Men: Im Finale können RMU/BMU/HSW und Pistols vorkommen.
Women: Im Finale können C2B vorkommen.

Anmeldung Qualifikation/Finale

Die Anmeldung startet mit dem 01.11.2023 über Competition Corner und ist bis 07.01.2024 möglich.

Die Teilnahmegebühr beträgt 40 Euro für Teams und 20 Euro für Masters Athleten.
Es gibt keine Rückerstattung der Qualifikationsgebühr.
Athleten können bis zum Qualifikationsbeginn getauscht werden.
-> Danach nur mehr mit ärztlichen Attest bez schwerwiegenden Gründen (Schwangerschaft, Verzogen, etc.)
Die Finalteilnehmer werden nach Beendigung der Qualifikation und Überprüfung der Videos verständigt.
-> Nach Beendigung der Qualifikation ist kein Athletentausch (Teams) möglich)

Die Teilnahmegebühr für das Finale beträgt 140 Euro für Teams und 70 Euro für Masters.

Es gibt keine Rückerstattung der Finalgebühr.

BFB: chest touch the floor, the chin MUST be below the Bar. You can go over the Bar in any style (jump, step, etc)

Part1:

All movements are CF Open Standards

T2B: Point of synchronization is all 4 feet touch the Bar

C&J: Any Style, pont of synchronization is both BB are in a overhead position with full lock out

BFB: You will do it on 1 Bar, right next to each other. Point of synchronization is both chest touch the floor, the chins MUST be below the Bar. You can go over the Bar in any style (jump, step, etc)

Part A

10min Time Cap for

3 Rounds

- 14x T2B

- 7x Clean and Jerk *kg

- 7x Bar Facing Burpee over Bar

from 10:00 to 15:00 

Part B1

- 3 Try's for a 1RM Hang Clean 

 

Part2:

from minte 10 to 15 athlete have 3 attempts for a 1 RM Hang Clean.

As soon as you lift off the BB the attempt counts. Athletes will deadlift the BB to a full stand. From there athletes can lower the BB not below the knee cap. Any Clean is allowed - squat, power, split, etc. as the end position will be an upright stand with the BB in front rack position and knee, hip in full extension and full control.

WOD 3

12min Time Cap for

3 Rounds

MALE

- 50x Double Unders 

- 15x Pull Up

- 10x BB Snatch *kg

 

FEMALE

- 25x Double Unders 

- 12x Pull Up

- 8x BB Snatch *kg (Hang below the knee for 15 & 20kg)

 

Pull Up: 
Open Standard movement
Chin is above the bar in a horizontal plane. Any Pull Up is allowed, strict, kip, butterfly as long as the arms are extended in the low position. 

Snatch: 
Open standard with an fluid movement from the floor to overhead without touching any part of the upper body. 

Weights:
Weights increase every round, you are allowed to get help changing the weights.

WEIGHTS

MALE 35-39: 40-50-60kg

MALE 40-44: 30-40-50kg

MALE 45+: 30-40-45kg

FEMALE 35-39: 20-25-30kg (20kg Hang BELOW the knee)

FEMALE 40+: 15-20-25kg (15&20kg Hang below the knee)

WOD 2 is a workout for max reps

min 00:00-01:30: Max reps Box Facing Box Jump over *cm

min 01:30-02:00: REST

min 02:00-03:30: Max reps Double DB Hang Snatch *kg

min 03:30-04:00: REST

min 04:00-05:30: Max reps double DB Box Step Over *cm/*kg

min 05:30-06:00: REST

min 06:00-07:30: Max reps double DB Thrusters *kg

 

BJ Over:
Athletes will have to face the Box (no lateral) and perform a 2 foot jump on the box. Get of the Box as you want (jump, step, fall). Athletes are not allowed to use their hand to get on the box.

DB Snatch: 
Athletes will perform double DB Hang Snatch with end position DB's overhead and knee, hip, ellbows full extended.
Make sure u dont start the first rep with a snatch from the floor, you hve to deadlift the DB into a full stand!

Step Over: For the step over u can carry the 2 DB in any style (farmer, FR, on Shoulder, OH, etc) as long as your hands touch the DB. Any direction is allowed (frontal step over, lateral step over, etc). Both feet has to be on the box at 1 time. You dont have to get into an uprigth position on the box.

Thruster:
Classic DB Thruster with full squat and end position with DB overhead and body in full extension

Height and weight

MALE 35-39: 60cm and 2x22,5kg

MALE 40-44: 60cm and 2x20kg

MALE 45+: 50cm and 2x17,5kg

FEMALE 35-39: 50cm and 2x15kg

FEMALE 40+: 50cm and 2x 12,5kg

 

Tiebreaker is the number of thrusters!
