ata ønsker å bidra til at satsende atleter skal lykkes, og samtidig hjelpe våre fremtidige idrettshelter - barn og unge. Derfor er dette et non profit-arrangement hvor vinnerne, i tillegg til egen pengepremie, får en sum som doneres til en valgfri organisasjon for barn og idrett.

Vi setter enorm pris på alle som er del av ata games og bidrar til å skape en tryggere fremtid for unge norske atleter.

MOVEMENT STANDARDS
TOES TO BAR

Athlete hanging from a horizontal bar moves toes to contact bar.
REP START: Vertical hang from horizontal bar. Hips fully extended. Heels break the vertical plane directly under the bar.
REP END: Toes on both feet touch the bar simultaneously. The contact point is within the width of the hands.

 

ROW ERG
The Concept2 Row Erg is preset to the correct amount of calories. Do not touch the buttons or display. The athlete may adjust the damper and foot straps/pedals.

 

BOX JUMP OVER
Athlete jumps over box.
REP START: Standing free.
REP END: Standing free on the other side of the object.
REP REQUIREMENT
Jump over the box with simultaneous take-off with both feet. Athlete passes over the object with the entire body. Athlete may jump over the box entirely, in which case the feet must pass over the box rather than on the side. If the athlete chooses to land on the box, both feet must touch the box before passing over.

 

DEFICIT HANDSTAND PUSHUP
Athlete in vertical inversion lowers down and touches head to surface before pressing up and locking elbows.

REP START: Vertical inversion. Heels in contact with the wall. Hands and feet within the designated area. Knees, hips, shoulders and elbows locked out.
REP END: Vertical inversion. Heels in contact with the wall. Hands and feet within the designated area. Knees, hips, shoulders and elbows locked out.
REP REQUIREMENT
Touching head to horizontal surface. Hands must remain within the designated area throughout the full rep. Any body part may come in contact with the wall during descent, only heels on ascent. Kipping is permitted.

 

BURPEE DB BOX STEP OVER
REP START: Standing free. Dumbbells in hands.
REP END: Standing free on the other side of the box with dumbbells in hands.
REP REQUIREMENT
Chest must touch either the dumbbells or the floor. The dumbbells may be held in the hands or on the shoulders, but may not be rested on the legs during the step over. Both feet must come in contact with the top of the box. The rep is credited when both feet touch the ground on the other side of the box.

 

DB HANG CLUSTER
Athlete performs a hang squat clean and a thruster in one fluid motion.
REP START: Athlete standing tall, dumbbells in the hands.
REP END: Overhead lockout.
REP REQUIREMENT
The dumbbells are moved in one fluid motion from the hang position to frontrack. The dumbbells may be lowered to any point above the knees to begin the movement. Without pause after receiving the dumbbells, the bottom of a squat must be achieved. The dumbbells are moved in one fluid motion from front-rack in the bottom of a squat to overhead lockout. Knees and hips must be extended after the dumbbells have left the front-rack and until overhead lockout is achieved.

REP REQUIREMENT
The barbell is moved in one fluid motion from ground to overhead
position. In lockout, the barbell must be directly above the body with elbows, shoulders, hips and knees locked out. A muscle, power and squat snatch is permitted.
