Workouts

For Time:
Both Partners KB Farmers Carry their single KB (24/16kgs) down the path to bottom meeting point and perform 100 Kettlebell Swings
Farmers Carry back to start, drop KB's, Run under the road and do 1 lap of the lake clockwise and finish back at the start.

*Split KB Swings as desired
*Time stops when last Partner crosses the finish line

*15 second penalty for dropping KB's from height

** Substitution - 125 Russian KB Swings at same weight

20 Minute AMRAP
Partner 1 - Max Calorie Assault Bike
Partner 2 AMRAP*
5 Deadlifts (102.5/70)
5 Bench Press (60/45)
5 Bar Facing Burpees

*Must complete 2 full rounds of the AMRAP before swapping is allowed
*Two footed jump over bar

*Score is Max Cals + Max Rounds and Reps complete

**Substitutions:
10 Deadlifts (80/55)
10 Bench Press (50/32.5)
5 Bar Facing Burpees
*step over bar
 

4 Minute Max Effort for Metres - Sled Push (45kgs)

*While Partner 1 pushes, Partner 2 is holding a heavy sand bag
*Swap as desired
*The sled can not move until the bag is in the air

8 Minute AMRAP
4 Synchro Wall Walks
6 Box Jump Over Unders (24/20")
8 Synchro Toes to Bar

*Chest must be on the wall at the same time
*Toes must touch at same time

** Substitution
8 Minute AMRAP
4x5 Second Wall Stalls
8 Step Up Over Unders (24/20")
12 High Knees

*Holding Wall Stall at same time
*Knees up at same time

For Time:
1200m Row
50 Synchro Overhead Squats (20/15kg)

While Partner 1 Rows, Partner 2 is completing a dead hang from the rig.

*If the dead hang drops, the rower stops
*Split as desired
*Synchro OHS - Both Partners need to be fully locked out standing tall at the top before starting next rep
*10 Minute time cap

In 5 minutes find your heaviest complex:

A:
1 Deadlift + 2 Hang Power Cleans + 3 Split Jerks + 4 Front Squats

Partner 1 will do Part A while Partner 2 does Part B.
Rest for 2 Minutes then swap.

B:

In 5 Minutes accumulate max points:

Legless Rope Climb x 3 points

Rope Climb x 2 Points

Zombie Rope Pulls x 1 Point

Partner 1 will do Part A while Partner 2 does Part B.
Rest for 2 Minutes then swap.

6 Rounds for Time:
5 Wallball Sit Ups (9/6kg)(10f/9f)
5 Pull Ups
5 Burpee High Tens
5 Devils Press (15/10kgs)

*All must be synchro
*Ball must be behind head on the floor together
*Chin over the bar together
*Chest on floor at same time
*Chest on floor, and locked out at the top together

**Substitution - 10 Ring Rows
*Rings on chest together and arms extended together


*Time Cap 15 Minutes
