About This Competition
Pliiissss trodèn est une compétition en Team de 2 mixte entre crossfit la possession Green lion et manapany. 3 wods de qualification seront à faire durant les 3 premières semaines de mai dans chaque box avec des juges volontaire et former par les head coachs de chaque box.
6 Equipes élite et 6 Équipes intermédiaires seront qualifié en finale qui se déroulera le dimanche 24 mai. Que les meilleurs gagnent !
