About This Competition
THE SPRING CLASSIC, presented by 3-46 GRIT CrossFit
On May 27th 2023, a new style of Fitness Competition will take the PacNW by storm. From the minds who bring you WODtoberfest every year, comes The Spring Classic!
The Spring Classic promises to be many things but a sanctioned powerlifting meet is not one of them. It will be a chance to showcase your strength in the 3 lifts associated with a powerlifting meet - Squat, Bench, & Deadlift - but will test your stamina by throwing in a bit of CrossFit as well.
EVENT DETAILS
- The Spring Classic is open to all skill levels and athletes over the age of 18.
- $125 per athlete.
- 3 guaranteed lifts and 1 CrossFit WOD
- WEIGHT CLASSES
- Women 115 & <, 116-155, 156-184, 185+
- Men 165 & <, 166-205, 206-235, 236+
- AGE GROUPS
- Open 18-39, Masters 40+
- Spectators are free to attend.
- Limited parking so carpool!
- No child care onsite.
- No pets allowed due to allergy restrictions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Registration for events hosted by 3-46 GRIT CrossFit is non-refundable. You may, however, transfer your entry rights to another person anytime prior to 3 weeks before the event.
Participants in all athletic events hosted by 3-46 GRIT CrossFit are required to sign a liability waiver indicating they understand the inherent risks of these events and do not hold 3-46 GRIT CrossFit or The Spring Classic liable for any direct or indirect injuries from participation in said events. Furthermore, 3-46 GRIT CrossFit and/or The Spring Classic reserves the right to use any and all images of athletes and/or spectators for future advertising and promotional purposes.
All masters athletes need to be 40+ years old within the calendar year they are competing.
