Registeration will open 1/2/24 and end on 3/6/24!
You must be in the 35 or older Masters Open of 2023 in order to particpate in the competition!
Divisions
35-44 (M/F) RX
35-44 (M/4) Scaled
45+ (M/F) RX
45+ (M/F) Scaled
You will take the age you would be at the Games of 2024 and combine it with your partner's age then divide by 2! That is the division you will be in!
For example
M- 35 Masters Division in the 2024 Open
F - 55 Masters Division in the 2024 Open
(Combined age of 90, they will be in the 45+ division)

Workouts
Complete the following:
120 Calories on the Concept 2 Bike (split)
80 Box Jump Overs (split)
40 Single Arm Devil Presses (split)
40 ft OH Walking Lunge (both teammates complete)
*must switch at 20ft
Each athlete must complete 1 rep before moving to the next movement.
Each team will choose an athlete to complete a 3 rep max bench press then the other athlete will complete a 3 rep max push press.
Bench Press - 4 minute window
- 1 min transition
Push Press - 4 minute window
Teammates may help load and unload weight.
Teammate can be used as a spotter for bench press.
Must can start with weight on the barbell before time begins.
Athletes can attempt a max as many times as they wish.

16 Sandbags over Shoulder
16 Sandbag Squats
8 Rope Climbs
One athlete working at a time.
Each athlete MUST complete 1 rep before moving onto the next movement.
Scaled (16 ring ropes)

12 Wall Walks
48 Crossovers
Wall Walks
Athletes may both be laying on the ground next to each other - they must have both hands on the line 6 inches from wall before decending.
Scaled - Will have both hands on a line 12 inches from the wall before decending.
Crossovers & Singles - each athlete must complete 1 rep
