Athlete Check In - 0630-0700

Initial Briefing - 0700

WOD 1 start - 0730

Plan to be complete NLT 1400

WODs and Movement standards will be released prior for Athletes.

Please no CF semi-final Athletes

RXD - you would do the Open as RXD

Scaled - you can not do pull ups yet and generally scale most WODs at your box. Scaled option in the Open. 

Teams - mixed sex pairs of M/F only

COVID Restristions - will be according to Govt requirements at the time. The WODs will all be indoors and we will be asking you to bring shade to set up outdoors. Please keep spectators to a minimum. 

In case of Lockdown - competition will be rescheduled to next earliest date. 

Final Ticket sales are final and no refunds, we will transfer to another team for you.

100 Double Unders (P1)

50 DB Deadlifts - Synchronised

40 DB Snatch - Synchronised

30 DB Reverse Lunges - Synchronised

20 DB Devils Press - Synchronised

100 Double Unders (P2)

22.5/15kg DB (per hand)

12min Cap

Tie break time at end of DB Snatch

Notes - either athlete can do first set of skipping but other athlete must do other set

 

Standards:

Double Unders - rope to pass under feet twice

DB Deadlifts - x2 DB, one head of DB to touch ground and stand up to open hips at the top, synchronise at the top and floor. 

DB Snatch - x1 DB, both heads of DB to touch the ground and move to overhead in one movement, change hands at anytime after lockout, synchronise at the top lockout.

DB Reverse Lunge - x2 DB, one in each hand in suitcase hold, step back until knee touches the ground then return to standing, synchronise at knee touching ground and at the top standing. 

DB Devils Press - x2 DB, both DB to floor and chest to ground, standing and swing DB to lockout overhead in one motion (a clean and jerk is not accepted), synchronise at the floor and then at the overhead lockout.
