About This Competition
Welcome to The 615 Throwdown!
The 615 Throwdown is back to give competitors another chance to compete in Nashville, TN in teams of 2. We’re changing a few things up this season, but you can still guarantee a fun, fierce competition. The 615 Throwdown will be a one-day event on July 16th, 2022 consisting of 4+ workouts.
DIVISIONS have been extended to 20 TEAMS AND WILL SELL OUT FAST!
*MOVEMENTS AND STANDARDS WILL BE RELEASED CLOSER TO THE EVENT DATE.
Rx Divisions: This division will be designed for the CrossFit Open Rx "standard" athlete. All athletes will be expected to perform ALL SKILLS at a high level. All past Regional (#RIP) movements will be considered.

Scaled Divisions: Athletes in this division are expected to perform all CrossFit Open Scaled "Standard" movements and able to perform all 2022 CrossFit Open - Scaled division movements (Including gymnastics). ***Pull Ups will be included in the programming. (Not required by all team members)

Top 3 teams in each division will make the podium and will be awarded various prizes from our sponsors. Cash awards to rx podium athletes.

Working in an 8:00 window:
Establish 2 Rep Max Cluster
*Athletes may alternate as needed, as well as adjust weights for each other.
*Each Cluster (Squat Clean Thruster) must be completed in a "touch & go" format. Absolutely no break on the floor after the completion of rep 1.
Score will be the total combined weight between the two athletes.
