About This Competition

The Revolution is....coming - AGAIN!

It's a Team Comp.
Two Buns, One Gun.
Two Tia's, One Mat.
Two Chicks, One Stick.
Two Snatches, One Jerk.
Two Fran's, One Murph.
Whatever you want to call it, we'll be taking Teams of 3 made up of Two Females and One Male. There will be a Seeding WOD to divide the field into 2 Divisions for the day, followed by 3 more WODs.

 

Cost per team = $360.  Includes taxes, platform and all admin fees associated.

Rx - T2B + Pull-up + C2B + Bar Muscle up
Sc - Ring Knee Raise + Ring Feet above Hip + Toes 2 Ring + Ring Pull-up

 

**Barbell**

Deadlift + Hang Squat Clean + S2O + Thruster
Rx - 205/145.         Sc - 135/85

 

If the complex cannot be completed without breaking = Penalty runs

1 Shuttle Run per missing/failed movement (there and Back)
ie: performed the DL + H squat clean But failed the S2O = missing 2 movements to finish complex = 2 Shutte runs

36 HSPU (each athlete must do min of 2 reps)
33 Power Snatch **
27 Wall Walks (9 sychro each)
33 Power Clean **
36 ft Handstand Walk (3x 12ft each unbroken)

 

Sc:
36 Push ups (each athlete must do min of 2 reps)
33 Power Snatch **
27 Wall Walks (9 sychro each)
33 Power Clean **
36 ft Push up Walks (3x 12ft each)

*** rep are performed while other partners are holding front squat with bar **

Must Step Down the Box Jumps

For Time (9mins)

A) 6 rounds for time (finish when last round tag rower)

20 laterals over bench (hands on bench)
13 wall balls
6 burpees over bench (hand Hop overs or no touch at all)
1 lap run

To the Rower

then

B) Row for Max Calories (switching when tagged from next athletes round)

Continue rowing until end of time for cals

 

1 min break

 

C) 5 mins

Find max 4rep front squat from floor for each athlete

For Time (9mins)

A) 6 rounds for time (finish when last round tag rower)
