About This Competition
Are you stressed, bored, missing people and/or exercise?
Then this 30-day challenge is for YOU! (Do the 5min challenge below or follow extra wods in our "EASTER EveryBODY Games" event)
Choose to THRIVE this month instead of SURVIVE or DIVE.
Do something you don't normally get time to do, that makes U happy and your heart sing.
STEP 1: JOIN US- "JUST DO IT, WHAT HAVE YOU GOT TO LOSE"
For 5 minutes over 30 days, the Corona challenge allow us to help you during this stresful time.
Simply join our Facebook event on Eventbrite &/or Competition Corner score board (if you want to compare results). This event is FREE - No strings attached, bar heartstrings. We only ask you to:
1. Change your life
2. Invite or challegne 5 other people
3. Shout out & let us know about it - fill our hearts with love & we will be rewarded with what money can't buy!
You can do as many or as few of the 30 challenges as you want - will you maintain, survive or thrive? One is better than none.
STEP 2: S.M.A.R.T.E.R GOALS "AIM FOR THE STARS, AND MAYBE YOU'LL REACH THE SKY"
Record 1 or more goals. For example:
- Set a 30 minute Play time goal. This could be a walk, Playstation, stretching, reading, mediating in the sun or family time disconnected from devices.
- Learn a new skill. This could be learning to skip, singing, playing an instrument, dancing or working on touching your toes.
- Take on an extra challenge such as a push up challenge, the 30 burpees for 30 days etc.
*If you are currently running a challenge, please let us know so people have other challenges (we can promote your challenge)."
STEP 3: PLANNING - "FAIL TO PLAN & YOU ARE PLANNING TO FAIL"
Find a notebook, daily planner or Calendar and make a plan. Aim for no more than 3 tasks a day. Date and prioritise these tasks. But above all, Keep.It.Simple.Stupid (K.I.S.S)
STEP 4: GET YOUR GEAR READY - "START YOUR ENGINES"
For the 30 Day "Corona" challenge, you will only need 3 things:
1. Something to drink from (e.g.water bottle, coffee/cup, shaker etc.)
2. Something / someone to score you (e.g. video, partner)
3. Something to record your test score (e.g. paper, video, mat)
*Our clients are recording their results on their yoga mat.
STEP 5: ACTION: "THE FIRST STEP IS THE HARDEST!"

STEP 6: KEEP GOING "YOUR NEARLY THERE, DON'T GIVE UP!"
Record your attendance and effort during the month (e.g. sticker chart, your diary, 30day calendar, excel spreadsheet). Share it with someone to keep you accountable.
*Reach out to our:
1. Facebook group
2. Coaches facebook, grp share, YouTube support videos, live catchups, daily mental health challenges
3. or your family/friends and/or your extra 30-day challenge group
We are stronger together and we are not in this alone.
STEP 7: CELEBRATE AND EVALUATE "YOU MADE IT!"
Share your photos, success, what went well and how can you improve.
STEP 8: GO AND REWARD YOURSELF WITH SOMETHING THAT MAKES YOU SIMPLE AND YOUR HEART SING.
Rewards dont have to cost money. They can be a hug or a phone call. It is the little things that count.

Next month, choose a new challenge to continue to thrive. Let's get through this challenging time one month at a time.

AVAILABLE - APRIL 1st - 30th
if you miss the start of the challenge, or a few days here or there, the main thing is you keep moving forward-thriving. There will be days of surviving lets avoid diving! You can start mid mth every month we will: eat, move, self develop then love to R&R - record, reward, review & repeat.
This challenge has 3 levels, based on your fitness level
SOLDIER (Level 1) - Beginner, 1st timer. Complete the challenge a few times (2-10)
WARRIOR (LEVEL 2) - Challenging, As many days as possible (3-30)
HERO (LEVEL 3) - Next level fitness. All 30 days
Cost: FREE (but pls ask 5 others to join you). We encourage you to donate $5 to a charity or local business or sign-up to online classes.
No equipment is needed, apart from your finest workout or superhero gear
The Workout
As many reps as possible (AMRAP)
Buy In - do a pose (Tin soldier, Tough Guy or Superhero)
1 minute per station / exercise
Star Jumps - Step star / Star Jump / Shooting star (Jump)
Squats - Touch the ground + reach overhead / Ass to Grass (Full depth) / Pistol
High Knees (Marching) - Arms straight, touch/clap thighs / Bent arms, touch/clap knees / Loose arms, tuch/clap shins
Hand Release Push up - On knees / On toes / Clap / superman
Abs - Knee touch sit up / Butterfly / V snaps
Rounds to complete:
SOLDIER: 1 round
WARRIOR: 2 Rounds, rest as required between rounds
HERO: 3 Rounds, 1 minute rest between rounds
Record results, review and reward effort, then schedule the repeat.
LETS GO!!
