About This Competition

Join us on Sunday, April 2nd, 2023 for the Mixed Pairs Throwdown, a members ONLY competition!

- There is only one division for everyone.

- Each pair will compete in three different workouts, including weights and skills suitable for all.

- Pairs will be randomly determined on the morning.

- Prizes will be announced

It will be a fun event, giving our members a chance to get a feel for the competition for the first time. If you've done comps before, it's another day full of fitness!
