About This Competition
April 27th CrossFit Heath will be hosting our 3rd Annual I-30 Team CrossFit Classic. This will be 3 person all male all female teams. We are adding an intermediate division this year. We will have RX, Intermediate, and Scaled divisions.

Workouts
Workout 3 will be immediately following workout 2.
Workout 2
14 minute AMRAP
12 TTB for RX/Int., Knee Raises for Scaled
9 Squat cleans (135/95, 95/75, 75,55)
6 HSPU-for RX/Int., 2 wall walks for scaled
One Athlete working at a time, break it up as you see fit.
Workout 2 and 3 are a combined workout.
Workout 2 will be a 6 min. max calorie bike right into workout 3.
Athletes will switch as they see fit for 6 minutes for max calories biked. Score will be calories.
Score is combined lifts, One person per lift -4 minutes to establish each lift
0-4 Front squat
4-8 Back squat
8-12 Shoulder Press
Team members can help with loading
3 rounds (each person completes 1 round)
Each round is a 3 min Amrap
20/14 Cal Row all levels
Max wall balls in remaining time. RX/Intermediate 20/14lb to 10'/9' scaled 20/14lb to 9'/8'
Score will be total wallballs between all 3 athletes.
9 minute time cap.
