About This Competition

The Pit Training League by Prodigies Divisions - High School: Ages 14-18 - Collegiate: Ages 18-22 Rules - Participation: Open to individuals within the specified age ranges for each division. - Scoring: Each test will be scored individually to determine rankings. - Submission: Video submissions are required for validation of performance. Must be submitted by the deadline to be eligible for scoring. - Equipment: Standard gym equipment must be used for strength tests. Track or similar setting required for running events. - Integrity: Honest representation of performance is expected; any manipulation or falsification will result in disqualification.

Standard HIGH SCHOOL Basketball court length = 84 feet.
Down 84 feet, back 84 feet = 1 Shuttle Sprint

*Does not have to be at a baskekball court. Find a space you place lines 84 feet apart.

For Load: 1 Rep Max Deadlift

For Load 3 Rep Max Bench Press

On a 30 Minute Clock AMRAP (Total Reps) Burpee Box Step-Overs (24"/20")

For Time:

4 Rounds
400m Run
35 Goblet Squats

16-21, 50/35 (Men/Women)
14-15, 35/25 (Men/Women)

For Time: 400m Sprint on Track

For Load: 2 Rep Max Back Squat

For Time: 1.5 Mile (2400m) Run on Track

For Time: 30 Burpees to 6" Target
