40 Ft Single arm OH Walking Lunge (53/35) / 40 ft plate OH Lunge (45/25)

Each Division will have two bars loaded to the first weight listed below. There will be one line behind each bar. Walk up to the bar, hit a clean (power or squat), return the end of the line. Once you miss a lift, you will take the score of the last weight you made. Your team's score is your combined weight.

After 5 lifts, we will take one bar for each division away and all those you are competing against will be behind the same bar.

There will be a time frame for you to hit the lift, then a transition for the next athlete to step up.
