Big Impact Games - Omni - Regional Qualifier
About This Competition
Welcome to the 2nd year of The Big Impact Games - Omni - Regional Qualifier! This Big Impact Games Regional Qualifier is a 1-day event held at Omni Training Facility. We're helping Omni put on their 2nd regional qualifier and looking to have even more teams this year! Be on the look out for a Sunday coed team of 4 event as well!
1st place and 2nd place teams in the "Qualifying Divisions" listed below will receive an invitation to our multi-day championship event in August 2022.
Qualifying Divisions:
Same Sex teams of 2: RX, Intermediate, and Scaled
Non-Qualifying Division:
- Adaptive Division (contact Leah Egan for more details)
Workout Release Date/Time
- We will release an event every 10 teams that register
- ALL events will be released 1-week prior to the competition
Substitute Policy
- Team captain is responsible for replacing teammate and giving us the replacements proper info. (first and last name, t-shirt size if prior to t-shirt deadline, and email)

Workouts
This is a 3 score event with 3 separate 3 minute AMRAP workouts:
3 minute AMRAP of the following:
3 Banded Ring muscle-ups
20 bullrope -or- mono-rope
1 minute rest
3 minute AMRAP of the following:
6 Ring rows
30 bullrope -or- mono-rope
1 minute rest
3 minute AMRAP of the following:
12 Dumbbell Deadlifts (Standing Barbell, seated dumbbel)
40 bullrope -or- mono-rope
3 Score Event - Total Reps from each AMRAP
3 minute Amrap of the following
3 muscle ups (chest to bar - intermediate - burpee pull-ups scaled)
3 deadlifts
1 minute rest
3 minute Amrap of the following
6 chest to bar (pull-ups - intermediate - 6 ring rows - scaled)
6 deadlift
1 minute rest
3 minute Amrap of the following
12 toes to bar (hanging knee raises - scaled)
12 deadlifts
Partner must complete one full round before next partner can go
3 Score Event - Total Reps from each AMRAP
3 minute Amrap of the following

3 Rep max bench press
Each team member will attempt to complete the following complex:
1 snatch
1 hang snatch
2 overhead squats
As long as the bar leaves the floor before the 6 minute time cap, the attempt will count if the complex is completed
Score will be total of each members heaviest complex completed.
3 Rounds for time of the following movements:
30 dumbbell hang cleans (35/20)
30 sit-ups
Event is for time with a 12 minute time cap:
40/30 calorie row - buy in
Then 5 rounds of:
10 Box Squats with dumbell (35/20)
10 burpree box get-overs with dumbbell
40/40 calorie row - cash out
If time cap is met, score will be reps; each calorie rowed will be a rep
