About This Competition
Welcome to Fight Like Hell Games!
We are thrilled you want attend our first annual FLH Games presented by TMRW Project. We are a Veteran owned fitness organization built to raise money for Mental Health Research & Suicide Prevention.
2022 Event will be a ONE Day Comp. which includes Individual Male & Female Athlete divisions.
Information regarding the competition date, workouts and divisions can all be found on this landing page. From here, you can also register & view leaderboards!

ATHLETE STANDARDS:
Workouts are not limited to these movements but will loosely follow the general strength/skill requirements listed below
RX
Gymnastics - C2B, Bar or Ring MU, T2B, HSPU, HS Walk
Barbell - Deadlift 225/185, Power Clean 185/125, OHS + Snatch 135/95
Other - Heavy DB or KB movements, 30/24’’ box jumps, Double Unders, all burpee variations
SCALED
Gymnastics - Pull Ups, HSPU to abmats, Wall Walks, T2B
Barbell - Deadlift 185/155, Power Clean 135/95, OHS + Snatch 95/65
Other - DB or KB movements, 24/20’’ box jumps, Some Double Unders, all burpee variations
