The craziest in-house 4-person team competition in Berlin. Grab your training buddies and join our annual Summer Bash for some competitive spirit. 4 exciting workouts await you throughout the day.

Next athlete can start when the athlete in front advances to the Goblet Squats.

With a Velites Jump Rope
Put together the jump rope in interval 1

If you didn't finish 40 Cal Row or 40 Thrusters in AMRAP 1 out of 2, then continue where left off.

1RM DT = 1 Deadlift + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Push Jerk
Split Jerk does not allowed, Push Press is allowed.
1 Pair per lift
Weight can always increase, never decrease.
All teams mates can help set up the barbell with weights.

2 Hang, 1 Works, 1 Rest
During the run the team has to carry a 9 kg and 6 kg Wall Ball.
Can be carried any way and switched between partners.
Only when all balls are in area and 2 Athlete hangs, 1 person can works on gymnastics movements.
1 Person can work as long as 2 people hang.
