Workouts
Tabata clock for each station (increasing weights) :20 work with :10 transition :30 work time for scaled

Handstand Hold On (H2O)
For one minute hold a handstand as many seconds as you can. You must stay inside the box. You may kick up as many times as needed. Judges will time the seconds that your feet are in the air so long as your hands don't leave the box. The Thirties chipper will begin immediately afterward.
Rx: Power to the PISTOL

50 jump rope singles
Snatch Squat Sprint- say that 5 times fast
At each bar athletes full snatch / overhead squat
~ score: time to complete ladder
(Snatch +ohs) x 5/4/3/2/1
Rx Women’s weights: 75/85/95/105/115
Rx Men’s weights: 95/105/115/135/145
Scaled: Power Snatch Sprint

1 Power snatch + 1 hang power snatch= 1 rep

Thirties Chipper: 15:00 time cap

30 Wall Balls Rx 20/14- scaled 14/10
30 Weighted lunges Rx 95/65- scaled 75/45
30 push press Rx 95/65- scaled 75/45
30 Russian KB swings- 55/35- Rx ONE-ARMED, alternate every 5 Rx scaled 2-arm swings
30 hspu- scaled may put knees on box
*handstand hold will be right before the chipper- no rest
