The opportunity has come for Las Vegas and surrounding area athletes to compete through the winter in 2025! No need to wait for the CrossFit Open or springtime competitions. Our theme this year? Game of Thrones.

We're bringing you a same-day 3 workout (plus 1 floater) competition that takes place indoors in a controlled climate. Both individuals and same-sex teams of 2 will be competing. We're looking for our local Rx and Scaled level athletes looking to test your fitness with traditional functional fitness style workouts.

Rx division athletes will be tested with true Rx level movements and our Scaled athletes will see challenging workouts with appropriate movements for that skill level.

Scaled division: This division is for athletes who typically don't Rx their workouts on a daily basis. These athletes may not have higher level gymnastics (toes-to-bar, muscle ups, handstand push-ups/walks, chest-to-bars) and may not be able to perform workouts at suggested weights.

RX division: This division is for athletes who typically perform workouts at the prescribed movements and weights and have most associated gymnastic movements. Athletes who have competed in Elite level competitions or have made the CrossFit Games Semifinals this past year, let's sit this one out and let our Rx athletes have some fun!

Workout announcements will be released beginning early December. All workouts are subject to change up until day of competition due to logistics and scheduling timeframes.

T-Shirt registration deadline is 12/7. Any registrations after this date are not guaranteed to receive a t-shirt.

We have plenty of on-site parking as well as nearby offsite parking. Site maps will be distributed to athletes as we get closer to competition day.

Refund/substitution policy: No refunds will be given after registration, but athletes may transfer their registration to another athlete up until 5 days before competition.

*Athletes must perform 3 sandbag over shoulder before beginning sandbag carry*

 

Sandbag weight: 100#/70#

 

**Athletes MUST turn around every 25' on sandbag carry**

 

1 row cal= 1 rep

25 ft sandbag carry= 2 reps

 

For Time:

800m Run

8 min time cap

Athletes will rest with remainder of 8 minutes and then proceed into Part B.

*Run will be a down and back of 400m each way*

At the 8:00 mark following Part A:

 

4 minute EMOM of:

1 Snatch Attempt

*Top 3 successful lifts added together for total score*

 

RX - MUST perform squat snatch (athlete MAY catch above parallel and ride barbell down below parallel, but MAY NOT power snatch, fully stand-up, then perfrom overhead squat).

 

Scaled - May perform any variation snatch variation (squat/power/hang).
