Workouts

Time Cap: 15 minutes. At the call of “3, 2, 1, GO!” the team must complete 90/80 calories on the rower with one athlete working at a time. Once 90/80 calories are reached, the team then moves to the pull up racks and completes 75 chest-to-bar pull ups. The athletes will then complete 70/60 calories on the rower, followed by 50 chest-to-bar pull ups, 40/30 calories on the rower, and 25 chest-to-bar pullups. Only one athlete works at a time, and the athletes can rotate as they wish, always tapping the other athlete in when switching. Time cap for the event is 15 minutes. Score is time finished.

Time Cap: 8 minutes‌. At the call of “3, 2, 1, GO!” the team will proceed to complete 3 reps of partner deadlifts, followed by 3 synchronized burpee obstacle jump overs. At the completion of each round, athletes will add 3 reps to each exercise and continue until the time cap of 8 minutes is reached. Score is reps completed.

Time Cap: 15 minutes. At the call of “3, 2, 1, GO!” one athlete will start performing sand bag squats until the team reaches a total of 30 squats. Athletes can rotate as they wish, always tapping the other athlete in when switching. Every time an athlete rotates during the squats, the sandbag must be dropped to the floor. Once the 30 squats are completed, the team must complete a 400-meter sandbag bear carry. Both team members must complete course, on this 400-meter course the athletes are allowed to rotate carrying the sandbag. During the run the sandbags can be handed to the other team member, it is not necessary to drop the sandbag to the floor. The teams will then complete 50 sandbag squats, 400 meter carry, 70 sandbag squats. Time cap for the event is 15 minutes. Score is time finished.

Time cap: 10 minutes. At the call of “3, 2, 1, GO!” one athlete will start with a 25-foot handstand walk, once the first athlete completes the 25-foot handstand walk, the second athlete may begin their walk. Once the handstand walks are completed, the athletes will have to complete 30/22 ring muscle ups. Athletes may rotate during the ring muscle ups, always tapping the other athlete in when switching. The athletes will then have to complete 30/22 calories with one athlete on the bike, and the second athlete on the rower. Once both athletes have reached the 30/22 calories, the athletes will start working on 45 alternating pistols. Both athletes need to have completed the calories on the machines before starting work on the pistols/thrusters. Athletes may rotate as they wish, always tapping the other athlete in when switching. Time cap for the event is 10 minutes. Score is time finished.

Time Cap: RX/Intermediate/Scaled 10 minutes. At the call of “3, 2, 1, GO!”, one athlete will start three rounds of: -2 legless rope climbs -5 shoulder to overhead 155lb/115lb -8 box step over 20” 50/35 Once the 3 rounds are completed, the second athlete must load the barbell to 205# after which the athlete will then complete 2 rounds of: -2 legless rope climbs -5 shoulders to overhead 205lb/155lb -8 box step over 24” 50/35 Time cap for the event is 10 minutes Score is time finished.

Time Cap: 5 minutes. At the call of “3, 2, 1, GO!” each athlete will have to complete a 4-3-2-1 rep scheme of cleans with the other athlete in a front rack hold. Athlete #1 must start with the cleans, with athlete #2 in a front rack hold, then athlete #2 will complete his or her cleans with athlete #1 in a front rack hold. The athletes will continue alternating reps until all cleans are completed. No reps will be counted should the athlete drop the weight from the front rack hold. Time cap for the event is 5 minutes Score is time finished.

Time Cap: 3 hours. At the call of “3, 2, 1, GO!” one athlete will start the sprint triathlon course. Once the entire course is completed, the working athlete will tap in the resting athlete who will start the course. Athlete #1 will join athlete #2 at 200 meters from the finish to complete the triathlon together. Scaled Athletes will have to finish the 4.4 KM run together. Time cap for the event is 2 hours Score is time finished.

Time Cap: 12 minutes. ‌At the call of “3, 2, 1, GO!” both athletes will have to complete 15-12-9 of synchronized power snatches and synchronized overhead squats. After each set, one athlete completes 40 double unders while the other athlete completes 8 sand bag cleans. The same athlete will complete all double unders for each set. Time cap for the event is 12 minutes Score is time finished.
